Saldmann,
cardiologist,
founded SPRIM in
1987 and serves
as Managing
Partner. By
creating Sprim
he early
understood the
importance of
inventing a

issues to assist
pharmaceutical,
agri-food and

faced with
complex and
extremely
specialized
challenges.
Dr. Saldmann has
published
several
best-sellers,
such as "Omega
3s," in 1994;
"New Food
Hazards" in
1997, “On s’en
lave les mains”
in 2007. Dr.
Saldmann has
been cited in
the New York
Times, Newsweek,
and by the
French business
newspaper "Les
Echos" as one of
the most
influential
people supplying
expertise crisis
management in
Europe. Dr.
Saldmann
continues to
appear in all
aspects of
European media
(TV, Radio,
Newspapers). His

Shleifer –

Michael
Shleifer’s 7
year tenure with
Sprim, he is
best known for
his
international
business
development
skills
transforming a
single office
company into a
global leader in
health
consulting
services opening
ten countries in
North America,
Latin America
and Asia. Dr.
Shleifer
completed his
PhD in
Pharmaceutical
Sciences with
Laureate honors
from the School
of Pharmacy in
Paris concurrent
with a Masters
degree in
Political
Science at
Sciences Po
Paris. Dr.
Shleifer also
holds Masters of
Science in Life
Sciences.
Mr. Olivier
Shleifer –
Managing Partner
 Mr Olivier G.
Shleifer joined
Sprim in 2000
with the clear
objective of
developing
Sprim’s
Operations in
Europe. Mr
Shleifer was
appointed
Executive
Director Europe
in 2003 and
managed Sprim’s
Business
Development
Strategy in the
Fields of
Nutrition,
Health
Marketing,
Toxicology Non
food Practice.
(Chemical and
Retail) and the
development of
our Pharma
Practice. This
successful
strategy helped
Sprim to
position as a
key European
player in Health
Strategy
Consultancy.
Apart from
developing our
offices in the
UK, Spain, Italy
and Germany,
where he
developed a
thorough
understanding of
local key
factors of
success in
Health
Strategies, Mr
Shleifer also
developed a
Health
Communication
team specialized
in designing

Mr. Ivan Jarry –
Managing Partner
 Mr. Ivan JARRY
joined Sprim in
2000 to develop
the activities
of Sprim
International
Operations. His
strong financial
and
organizational
skills together
with his ability
for languages
allowed him to
coordinate the
implementation
of Sprim growth
in Latin America
and Asia between
2000 and 2007.
He also was the
driver in the
necessary
transformation
of process and
organization of
Sprim in 2006 by
implementing a
global matrix
organization
(practice x
country).
Mr. Ivan JARRY
graduated from
EDHEC- European
School of
Management and
then work for
Arthur Andersen
in Spain as
auditor where he
acquired his
financial
skills. He is
now based in
Bangkok, and
serves as
Managing Partner
dealing directly
with all
financial and
administrative
aspects and
interacting on
International
Operations
level.
