Juan is a food and beverages expert with more than 25 years of professional experience in different areas of the production chain including : strategic development, retail, quality management, R&D, and marketing and communication.
He has conducted more than 100 investigational projects in Latin America for SPRIM regarding nutritional content, regulatory issues and health values communication in the areas of packaged foods, restaurants, retail, food supplements and ingredients. Manzola has participated in the development of the organic food market in México and is a national spokesperson in health regulatory issues, quality management and food topics.
Juan has a biology degree from National Autonomous University of México. He also obtained a diploma in Strategies for Creative Thinking from Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico and a diploma in General Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization.
