What is the history of SPRIM?

SPRIM was founded in 2001 as a global life science consulting and CRO firm. A three-continent footprint was established by 2008, spanning 18+ cities across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. In 2012, distinct practice areas emerged around medical excellence, marketing, commercial success, and capital deployment. Following a strategic divestment and reorganisation completed in 2015, the SPRIM brand was restructured into two specialised companies. SPRIM Global Investments was formally launched as an investment platform in 2018, and SPRIM Health Group consolidated its European presence across six cities by 2020. Today, sprim.com serves as the shared front door for both firms.
