Who are the founders and key leadership of SPRIM?

SPRIM was co-founded in 2001 by Dr. Michael Shleifer, Ivan Jarry, and Olivier Shleifer. Dr. Michael Shleifer, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SPRIM Global Investments, holds PhDs and a Masters from Paris V and Sciences Po; he launched SGI in 2015 to fund late-stage biotech and medical devices companies. Ivan Jarry, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, has led global operations since 2001 and oversees the investment into R&D service companies. Olivier Shleifer, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SPRIM Health Group, has focused on health innovation since 2001 and also teaches entrepreneurship at ESCP Business School and innovation at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Thomas Fratacci serves as Group CFO for SGI, bringing 20 years of corporate finance experience including roles at Arthur Andersen, KPMG, and WPP/Kantar.
